School Visits

  • Experience our work first-hand at a school visit.

Sometimes seeing is believing. Explore our impact by experiencing it yourself during one of our upcoming school visits. At each visit, you’ll have the chance to see classrooms in action and hear from the leaders we support.

  • Rocketship Southside Community Prep
    WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8 -- 7:45-9:15 AM

Rocketship Southside Community Prep was the high-flying charter network’s first expansion outside of California, thanks to a push by civic leaders spearheaded by Schools That Can Milwaukee. Rocketship is known for strong parental involvement, and a model that infuses classroom learning with technology. Now, Rocketship is poised to expand to a second Milwaukee campus. Come see why.

  • St. Anthony Middle School
    WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26 -- 8-9:30 AM

St. Anthony School has been serving Milwaukee’s South Side for 150 years. Today, it is a multi-campus K-12 network of schools serving nearly 2,000 students, making it one of the nation’s largest Catholic schools. The Middle School campus is one of our Focus Schools, meaning it receives our deepest level of coaching support. Witness a school on the rise.

  • Carmen Schools of Science & Technology - Southeast Campus
    TUESDAY, MAY 2 -- 9-10:30 AM

Carmen Schools of Science & Technology operates some of Milwaukee’s most successful high schools, topping lists for ACT scores, graduation rates, college acceptance, and college scholarships. The network made headlines last year for a unique plan to share a building — and its methods and resources — with MPS’ Pulaski High School. Check in on this important partnership.
